The Common Ground leadership program is designed to empower individuals with the skills and tools needed to become effective leaders who drive meaningful progress towards inclusiveness.

Unlike most leadership courses, our programs pair established leaders with new voices for hands-on, science-backed learning. 

THE JOURNEY

No lecture halls. Just real projects, reflection and daily practice that engage body, mind, heart and spirit. Some methods may feel unfamiliar or a bit uncomfortable; that’s where the growth happens. If you prefer classroom theory, we’re not the right fit.

Our alumni are actively involved in our programs by either giving input to innovate programs, mentoring current participants or storytelling within their own communities. 

To scale the Common Ground legacy, we actively look for alumni participation. They are the storytellers, the ones who shift the world.

The program has a duration of 3 months, with a total of 6 days of in person – offline - meetings.

Our programs are experience-based. This program is not an ‘in classroom’ training. If you like to learn from books, theories and listen to stories from other people - this program is not for you.
